Boardgames can gather couple of milion USD, but the same amount those companies can get from selling T-Shirts or Cups, so its not that attractive to them (profit-wise), they might want to extend their reach, so those certainly are more likeley then the others (IMHO), but still less-likely then the others. Such big companies as Nintendo (Pokemon), BioWare (Dragon Age), Square (Chrono Tiger) would not be interested in this. So based on this I would have definitelly ruled out any game that is not in similar theme (because it doesn't "fit them") - that includes GTA, X-Files and Sopranos.Īlso IMHO they wouldn't do anything much Sci-fi after two of their last games being sci-fi (Nemesis: Lockdown and ISS Vanguard), so that rules out Aliens and Star Trek (ISS Vanguard can be considered Star Trek) and Star Wars and Farscape.Īlso I would rule out all electronic games franchises, because in same Q&A Marcin said it is not that scale. ISS Vanguard - Sci-fi exploration and adventure and coop epic narrative.Nemesis: Lockdown - same theme as before but now in space base.
